What is Panna Cotta?
Panna cotta, meaning "cooked cream" in Italian, is a classic dessert that usually combines cream, sugar, and gelatin. This smooth, silky treat is served chilled and can be flavoured in many creative ways, including vanilla, fruit purees, or even spices. The challenge for those on a keto diet is swapping out high-carb ingredients for alternatives that won’t compromise flavour or texture.
Why Choose Keto Coffee Panna Cotta?
Keto coffee panna cotta is an excellent choice for satisfying your sweet cravings without derailing your dietary efforts. It is crafted with heavy cream, a low-carb sweetener, and coffee. This dessert is both low in carbs and rich in healthy fats, making it a superb option for a post-meal dessert. Research shows that high-fat meals can boost satiety and energy, making keto coffee panna cotta a great way to end your day.
